Immediately prior to founding Harper Danesh LLC, Robert was a Principal with Mercer in the Rochester, NY office for seven years. Robert also worked for Towers Perrin in Chicago and Kwasha Lipton in New Jersey.
Immediately prior to founding Harper Danesh LLC, Erica was a Principal with Mercer, having spent 20 years with the company in its Boston, New York and Rochester, NY offices.
